Honor View 10 — Review of a reliable smartphone with good functionality
Last year, the Honor 8 Pro was released – https://jiji.ng/car-parts-and-accessories/toyota-camry one of the best smartphones in the mid-range price segment. Hoping to repeat its success, Huawei presented its updated and improved version – Honor View 10.
What has changed in the design of Honor View 10?
With an all-metal body, the Honor View 10 fits comfortably in the hand and doesn’t feel like a cheap smartphone. However, he also does not cause admiration.
The screen is made in Full View format with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and is surrounded by minimized frames. It’s disappointing that the dual camera on the back has become convex – an important advantage of the Honor 8 Pro was a flat camera. But now the antenna lines merge with the rest of the body.
The front panel houses a proximity sensor, a speaker grille and a 13-megapixel selfie camera. There is no physical Home button here, in its place is a fingerprint scanner.
There is a universal USB Type-C port on the bottom of the Honor View 10 smartphone. To the left of it, you’ll find a 3.5mm headphone jack, to the right, a single speaker. On the left side there is a hybrid slot for nano-SIM and MicroSD cards, on the right side there is a power button and a volume rocker. In addition to the microphone, there is an infrared sensor on top. To the right of the dual camera module on the back, there is an LED flash. In the middle is the Honor logo.

The first thing that catches your eye is the Honor View 10’s 5.9" FHD LTPS IPS LCD with 2.5D curved aluminosilicate glass.
Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 970 processor boasts 4x Cortex A73 cores @ 2.36GHz and 4x Cortex A53 cores @ 1.8GHz, Honor V10 uses Mali G72 MP12 chip for graphics tasks.
The Kirin 970’s built-in Neural Processing Unit (NPU) will "learn" users’ habits and favorite apps to increase productivity. The View 10 has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage for file storage. If that’s not enough, take advantage of the MicroSD card slot and expand the memory up to 256 GB.
